What are the three purposes of fuse?

     
     A fuse is a protective device used in electric circuits. It prevents short circuits. It acts as a barrier between the human body and the electric current. It prevents overload and blackouts.

The three basic purposes of a fuse are -
To protect electric circuits and equipment- 
     It protects electric circuits and equipment from overcurrent or short-circuits current. With works efficiently and safely for a long time, the help of a fuse electric equipment works efficiently and safely for long life.

To protect human life- 
     It protects human life from the shock which is a cause of unconsciousness and death.

To protect our property from fire- 
     The main reason for the fire in electric circuits is over current and short circuit current. The fuse helps to stop the current when it exceeded frThe main reason for the fire in electric circuits om its limit value.
